RAEX STEELS
RAEX is a hot rolled hardened steel grade with excellent hardness and strength properties and is resistant to abrasion and extreme surface pressure. RAEX extends the lifespan of machinery, decreases the impacts of wear in structural components and saves costs. Thanks to its high strength properties, RAEX allows innovative and environmentally sound product development. RAEX is easy to weld, cut and has reasonably good formability.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS: Buckets and cutting edges of earth-moving machines, wearing parts of mining machines, wearing parts of concrete mixing plants and wood processing machines, platform structures, feeders and funnels.
All steel is supplied with full mill test certificates to DIN EN 10204-3.1.

S690 STEELS
S690 steel is a high strength quenched and tempered fine-grain structural steel. Dedicated for structure and enables to make weight savings thanks to a minimum yield strength of 690 N/mm2.

OPTIM 700 MC
Optim MC is a thermo mechanically rolled steel, offering both strength and formability. It makes equipment manufacturing more efficient thanks to good weldability, flangeability and lower unit weight. The properties promote environmentally friendly construction and sustainable development. Steel structures can be made lighter, which means that the payload of machines and equipment can be increased and fuel consumption reduced.

The scrap of the rolls contains many alloy additives such as Cr 2.5% -3.5% Ni - 0.8% - 1.5% Mo - 0.2-0.5%. V 0.2% - 0.8%. The roller consists of a cast iron core with C - 3.2% and a cast steel shell with C - 1.2%. There are always higher alloying elements in the roll shells.
