Nikstrom JSC is a manufacturer of construction sands and has been developing the Yuzhno-Bugsky field near Galitsinovo, Vitovsky district in the Nikolaev region since 1968 (Nikolaev, Ukraine). The extracted sand is suitable for all types of construction work. The modulus of particle size is from 1.9 to 2.4 mm. Product quality complies with the requirements of DSTU BV.2.7-32-95. Limestone Crushed basalt Crushed Lime is a calcium-containing inorganic material in which carbonates, oxides and hydroxides predominate. Strictly speaking, lime is calcium oxide or calcium hydroxide. It is also the name of the natural mineral (native lime) CaO which occurs as a product of coal seam fires and in altered limestone xenoliths in volcanic ejecta.[1]The word "lime" originates with its earliest use as building mortar and has the sense of "sticking or adhering."[2] These materials are still used in large quantities as building and engineering materials (including limestone products, concrete and mortar) and as chemical feedstocks, and sugar refining, among other uses. Lime industries and the use of many of the resulting products date from prehistoric periods in both the Old World and the New World. Lime is used extensively for waste water treatment with ferrous sulfate. The rocks and minerals from which these materials are derived, typically limestone or chalk, are composed primarily of calcium carbonate. They may be cut, crushed or pulv erized and chemically altered. "Burning" (calcination) converts them into the highly caustic material "quicklime" (calcium oxide, CaO) and, through subsequent addition of water, into the less caustic (but still strongly alkaline) "slaked lime" or "hydrated lime" (calcium hydroxide, Ca(OH)2), the process of which is called "slaking of lime". Crema perla Description Crema perla is a limestone extracted in the south of spain. Its background is white-bone tone, with some grey spots. Itâ??s used the material with less spots. Use Its suitable mainly for outdoor cladding. Please note that being a porous stone is not suitable for indoor flooring with heavy pedestrian traffic or outdoor flooring in any case. We suggest the use of a sealant in order to avoid inclusions of dust. Shapes Crema perla is produced in slabs 2 & 3 cm for transformation in stairs, cut to size pieces.. And in standard sizes 60x60x2 cm (less used), 60x40x2 cm, 60x30x2 cm, 40x40x2 cm, 40x30x2 cm. In other thicknesses you can find tiles 40x40x1, 5 cm and 30, 5x30, 5x1 cm (with bevel) Finishes The stone can be sorted in rough, polished and honed finish. -
