Walnuts are a great source of vital energy. - "Wheat-coloured" - "Light shelled Extra-coloured " - "Dark mix" Light Halves (Butterflies) The butterfly is approximately divided into two equal parts – kernel halves. Thus 80%-95% from all selected nuts. Dark mix The lot includes mix of dark halves walnuts (20%) , dark quarters and broken walnuts (80%). Sizes vary from 1/4th, 1/8th & 1/16th. Crushed dark walnuts The size varies from 6 –10mm each.
