1) Seller and Buyer both sign Sales Purchase Agreement.
2) Buyer's banks issue Verbiage to Seller's Bank.
3) Seller's bank prepares Verbiage Contract, Buyer signs and revert. BUYER SIGN IMFPA
4)a- Seller prepares INVOICE and send to Buyer.
b- The seller sends the FCO+ AH document to the buyer after the LC DRAFTI is transmitted to the bank.
5) Seller Prepares Buyers Order, register the order for inspection and shipping.
6) Buyer receives SGS/FIGICO inspection report and within 24 hours orders his/her bank to release full payment to seller's bank through LC via Swift MT-700 or ESCROW MT103.
7). Original shipping documents and other hard copy of certificate will be sent to the buyer.
8) All of the documents and paper trade shall be in the Name of the Buyer.

This Agreement is final for the order by the buyer and acceptance by the seller, An order is considered as "confirmed and finalised" once the present Agreement has been signed by both parties.
*3.DELIVERY*
3.1The Seller shall handle all Logistics cost FOB Thailand. CIF should be released at the payment loading port upon delivery.
3.2 Product Shipment and Logistics will be arranged 10-15 working days (+/- 1 Day) upon confirmation of Verbiage & LC Via Swift MT-700.
3.3 Delivery terms FOB, Thailand [bangkok port ] with goods loading from Seller Nominated Warehouse after SGS/FIGICO inspection.
Loading and SGS inspection/buyer representative will be done at Seller Nominated Warehouse and all cost to be bear by Seller.

Sales and Purchase agreement (SPA) signed by both parties, payment method is accepted as 100% LC as per agreement between the Buyer and Seller. A Purchase Order will be provided to the Seller by the Buyer. An Allocation Letter will be shared in a zoom call once LC Draft confirmed by the Sellers Bank
LC opening by the Buyer to the Seller (transferrable, divisible and irrevocable)
SGS and Certificate of Origin will be supplied together with all the other relevant documentation as per SPA terms. Shipping to client starts delivery in FOB terms as per agreement.
Loading SGS, will be shared with the BUYER. Certifications to be supplied by the Factory: CE,
ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 13485: 2003, Quality Standards of the Factory: In accordance with the norms EN- 455, EN-420 I, EN-374
The seller will submit the documents to the bank.
LC payment shall be released to the Sellers account.

2.5 million boxes per month, contract term 12 months.
Terms of payment: irrevocable, financial, transferable, divisible letter of credit, payment currency - US dollars. (L / C draft is offered by the buyer). The letter of credit is issued in the name of the Supplier of goods by rating banks in Europe.
