The paper which was produced with poly-ethylen method, comes printed from the press with the width of 200 mm and weight of 50+15 gr and 70+15 gr, is attached to the machines bobbin attaching section. The paper on the bobbin is transferred to the 4-Blade section in a controlled way by the help of pulleys. In the blade section, the paper with the 40mm width is divided into 5 equal pieces, then transferred to the collar and pillow section. In this section, papers pass on the channels on pillow and wrap around the pipes which the crystal sugar is transferred. The sides of these wrapped paper, are sealed vertically(rigidly) from the back section in the form of A+A, by means of the resistances inside the vertical jaw(rigid claw). After the sealing process, made by the help of vertical jaw, the granulated suga which is on the top side of the machines sugar tank, is transferred into the sealed paper, which can take 1-10 grams, by the help of piston mechanism. The bottom claw group is cutting the length of the packs equally by sealing bottom and top side of the stick packs according to the photocell point on the paper. The stick sugars which were packed and cut, are transferred on the output conveyor for packing. Also, it is possible to make production different than the standard stick sugar pack dimensions. The amount of sugar, to be produced according to the consumer needs, is entered on screen and this provides the machine to stop automatically when the production finishes. The PLC control system is used in this machine. The operating speed of the system can be easily controlled according to the production capacity.

Emergency Button; Thanks to the emergency button located on RYD-S, notwithstanding whichever position the machine is in, it retracts the piston and makes it secure. Hose Suction System ; By connecting to the reservoir and to the tank drains with clamps, RYD-S can also perform suction from sources such as bins, buckets or jugs using the immersion method. It does not require you to bring the product to the opening of the machine. It also minimizes the time losses by performing the initial suction itself. Automatic and Manual Mode; RYD-S can operate in two different modes according to the speed and the form of your production. Thanks to the pedal switch which comes free with the machine, you can operate the machine in the manual or the automatic mode with time adjustment. Particularly with your serial productions, it automatically works without requiring you to press the pedal. Drip preventing Nozzle ; Thanks to the drip preventing nozzle system, RDY-S does not drip after the filling and the bottles you fill never gets dirty, no wastes occur due to dripping. Honed Product Suction Piston ; RYD-S reduces the loss of filling to a minimum by making very precise dosing even at high weights thanks to the honed product suction piston which is not featured in similar machines. Piston seals have a long service life thanks to their smooth piston surfaces. It does not damage the piston seals in a short time like similar machines... Internal Conditioner and Slide Valve; Thanks to the internal conditioner featured on RDY-S, the machine is protected against water and corrosion damages which may occur in the ventilation installation and which can harm the pneumatic system of the machine.
