Loading port: Izmir port, Turkey.
Contract: One trial shipment followed by a 12-month agreement, renewable for the same period.
Packing: Container or Bulk shipment as per buyers requirement.
Insurance: 110% of 1 (one) month value of goods.
Price: 350 USD per MT, CIF India and Pakistan.
Inspection: SGS or equivalent.
Payment terms: DLC MT 700 (Operative & Transferable) as payment guarantee (collateral) and bank transfer MT103 payment after inspection (at sellers cost) at the loading port.

1)- 1.200.000 mt.: $305, CIF any port
2)- 2.400.000 mt.: $300, CIF any port
One year agreement, Penalties: For both side by any reason not be able to completing the deal for one million tons: $7.300.00, for 2.4 million tons: $15.000.000, trail and spot shipment not allowed.
Payment: LC/DLC MT700, irrevocable, transferable from prime bank, payment will be happening after SGS inspection completed in destination port (100% at sight). The rails are brand new and only called used rails because of their anomalous sizes. The rails are cut in different sizes, as they did not pass the test of conformity of measurements due to inequalities. Therefore, rails are not suitable as railway track, but not classified as scrap.

procedure :
1/ Buyer send LOI to the seller. LOI must be from the end buyer and indicates inside the payment method chosen below.
2/Seller issues FCO (available 7 days)
3/Buyer signs FCO and accepts fees proforma invoice indicates all the transaction details agreed after in the SPA and it's the document needed by buyer when start the processus for issuing the deal.
4/Buyer pays fees 1340 $ per ONE million ton to the seller to issu a commercial invoice, please note this amount is refundable after acceptance of the LC by the seller's bank.
5/Paiement terms :
By issuing a confirmed LC MT 700 with full amount (confirmed, not delay and irrevocable), as per the proforma invoice�¢??s terms and conditions by the buyer.
or issuing a revolving LC MT 760 with the bank guarantee to take all the quantity states on the proforma invoice has to be not less than 20 % of the value of the proforma invoice.

6/ Seller issues a SPA the buyer must be returned ywith 7 days.
7/ in case of requesting any documents, inspection certificate, etc. property rights, inspection of the goods, requesting a visit or video, the buyer can claim them by sending pre-advice bank draft MT 705, OR among the conditions of the letter of bank credit, confirmed bank, with the full value of the proforma invoice and its conditions
