This is how to use: first removing the cap from the pack, place the cap on the head by being sure that all the hair is inside the cap. Start massaging the hair from overall the head till 3 minutes then remove the cap. No rinse is required after using Shampoo Cap. Shampoo Cap can be heated through microwave 30 secondes at 700 W.
