Location: Pisarevo village, Novi Pazar municipality, Shumen region, Bulgaria.
The property is made up of three large adjoining plots and is located on a specially selected by agronomists-orchards terrain suitable for growing cherries and sour cherries in view of natural, meteorological, soil and other necessary conditions for achieving maximum yields with minimal damage. It is fenced and has year-round access. The terrain is flat and near asphalt.
Plantations:
- 270 decares of cherries of the varieties Van, Bing /pollinator/, Bigar Buurla, Early black /universal pollinator/, Koerser, Lambert, Droganova yellow.
- 190 decares of sour cherries, including varieties of Cloud Vine and Heiman Rubin.
Ripening time - May 25th to July 30th.
Method of planting - the distance between holes 5 m in 4 m, 50 pieces per ha.
The gardens and the produce are organic certified. The trees are insured.
Buildings: 600 sq m indoor area of 4.5 decares yard in regulation /former school in the village of Preselka/, 5 km away from the gardens; Direct access to asphalt.
The site is suitable and envisaged for the construction of a small processing enterprise with export orientation under Measure 4.2 of the Rural Development Program or other funding.
