You'll be able to use it with any 3V-5V system, and take temperature readings with an accuracy of 9-12 Bits (configurable in code). The best part is that it's digital, meaning you won't suffer any signal degradation over the longer distance. Waterproof - Take the temperatures of liquids/moist environments with the stainless steel probe. It's shrouded in PVC plastic too, meaning it will hold it's own in temperatures up to 100 degrees Celsius. Temperature - Usable from -55 degrees Celsius to 125 degrees Celsius.
