External use:
Wash the area with warm water and then apply a suitable amount of the oil, and gently massage (preferably adding an equal mixture of bitter almond oil for lightening sensitive areas.
Internal use:
One teaspoon with a quarter cup of water once a day in the morning.
External use:
Used for "tha'alaba" (a traditional hair treatment): Wash the head with warm water and then massage the scalp well with the oil. Leave the oil on for ten minutes before washing the hair.
Internal use:
One teaspoon with a quarter cup of water. It should be taken on an empty stomach three hours before sexual intercourse to enhance erection.
External use:
Wash the hair with warm water, then dry it, and massage the scalp for two hours (preferably mixed with castor oil in a ratio of 1:2).
