â?? 1. Although a major part of plant biomass is underground, we know little about the contribution of different species to root biomass in multispecies communities. We summarize studies on root distributions and plant responses to species-specific soil biota and formulate three hypotheses to explain how root responses may drive species coexistence and ecosystem productivity. 2. Recent studies suggest that root growth of some species may be stimulated in species mixtures compared with monocultures without hampering the growth of other species, leading to belowground overyielding. Further studies suggest that these responses are the result of reduced impairment of growth by species-specific plant pathogens that accumulate in monocultures. 3. First, we hypothesize that due to pathogen-constrained growth, monocultures are â??under rootedâ??, i.e. they do not have enough roots for optimal acquisition of nutrients. Although elevated root production in mixtures represents a cost to the plant, improved nutrition will eventually result in improved plant performance. 4. Second, due to the plant species specificity of the soil biotic communities, we suggest that plant species in mixtures develop an intransitive competitive network in which none of the species is competitively superior to all other species. Competitive intransitivity is proposed as a mechanism of species coexistence. Calcium is a main constituent of the cell walls and membranes. When it is in short supply, cell division and the development of the growing point and root tips are affected. Calcium plays a key role in protecting the cell from toxins and in slowing the aging process. Adequate fruit calcium assists in longer storage life and helps stored fruit resist a range of breakdown conditions and rots including, internal breakdown, low temperature breakdown, water core, lenticel breakdown, as well as bitter pit. Boron is needed for the movement of sugars within the plant and in the formation of new cells in growing points of shoots and roots. It is also associated with some of the functions of calcium. Boron affects pollination and the development of viable seeds which in turn affects the normal development of fruit, particularly in grapes and strawberries. A shortage of boron also directly causes cracking and distorted growth in fruit. â?? Billa CalBor Calcium & Boron Complex is organically chelated with lignosulphonate that assists in the absorption of Calcium and Boron into the leaf of the plant in the most rapid and efficient manner. The Calcium & Boron Complex is a foliar liquid fertilizer developed by Agmin Chelates. The Zinc Nutrient Initiative represents a new program with the overall goal of increasing the use of zinc in fertilizers. The Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO) has estimated that 50% of the worldâ??s agricultural lands are deficient in zinc. Numerous other studies and findings have come out recently reconfirming the global and critical nature of the zinc deficiency problem, in crops and humans. The use of zinc fertilizers in zinc-deficient soils can increase crop productivity as well as the zinc nutritional status of the crops. Zinc deficiency is probably the most common micronutrient deficiency in crops worldwide, resulting in substantial losses in crop yields and human nutritional health problems. Deficiency in zinc might result in significant reduction in crop yields and quality. In fact, yield can even be reduced by over 20% before any visual symptoms of the deficiency occur!. Product Name: Billa Zinc 13 % Chemical Properties 1-(7% w/v) Coated Zinc with Organic substances 2-(6% w/v) EDTA Zinc Chemical Character: Chemical Trace Elements Easy to Be Absorbed Physical Properties Form : Powder Solubility Fully Water Soluble: Full soluble PH (1g /100ml ): 6-6.5 TDS 10 g / L: 515 ppm Color: White Package: Plastic Gallon Size: 1 kg, 20 kg, Custom demand Place of Origin: Egypt
Manganese is a plant disorder that is often confused with, and occurs with, iron deficiency. Most common in poorly drained soils, also where organic matter levels are high. Manganese may be unavailable to plants where pH is high. Affected plants include onion, apple, peas, French beans, cherry and raspberry, and symptoms include yellowing of leaves with smallest leaf veins remaining green to produce a â??chequeredâ?? effect. The plant may seem to grow away from the problem so that younger leaves may appear to be unaffected. Brown spots may appear on leaf surfaces, and severely affected leaves turn brown and wither Manganese deficiency can be easy to spot in plants because, much like magnesium deficiency, the leaves start to turn yellow and undergo interveinal chlorosis Product Name: Billa Manganese 13 % Chemical Properties 1-(7% w/v) Coated Manganese with Organic substances 2-(6%) w/v EDTA Manganese Chemical Character: Chemical Trace Elements Easy to Be Absorbed Physical Properties Form : Powder Solubility Fully Water Soluble: Full soluble PH (1g /100ml ): 6-6.5 TDS 10 g / L: 515 ppm Color: White Package: Plastic Gallon Size: 1 kg, 20 kg, Custom demand Place of Origin: Egypt

Crops remove nutrients from soil. However, the soil is not an eternal supplier of nutrients required for crops growing on it. There is always a need to supplement the nutrient supply to crops through external sources. Excess usage of fertilizers has lead to imbalance of the available nutrients and has caused an increase in chemical loads in the soil and water resources both surface and groundwater directly resulting in loss of yield and revenue for the farmers. Billa Fort NPK( 19-19-19+ Mg+ TE) is a complete water soluble, ideal fertilizer which provides all major macronutrients N-P-K in a balanced ratio to the plants through foliar spray or fertigation at the time of maximum requirement with the lowest losses. Billa Fort NPK( 19-19-19+ Mg+ TE) can fulfill any deficiency of one or all three major plant nutrients and minimizes the cost on basal fertilizers. Billa Fort NPK( 19-19-19+ Mg+ TE) increases net returns, lowers the cost of production per unit crop yield, minimizes the chemical load on the environment and enables the country to strengthen the fertilizer supplies in the event of their shortages or price escalation thereby ensuring a wiser and long lasting use.
