This system includes watertight doors, local control devices, remote control devices above the bulkhead deck, sound and light alarm devices, centralized control devices for the main console (cab) and power source layout, etc. The structure of the sliding watertight door generally includes a door frame, a door panel, a clamping device, a roller, a door rail and a bracket, and a sealing strip. Our factory inspection makes sure watertight door welding surface have no cracks, slag inclusions, unfused, etc. And the surface of the watertight door is derusted and the derust grade meets the requirements of Sa2.5 or St2 in GB/T 8923.1-20110, and at least two anti-rust paints are applied. The material of the sealing strip is EPDM. The doors can be operated manually at both sides as well as remote control. Its hydraulic pipes could be operated manually.
