Contract Registration:� Seller registers and legalizes the contract with appropriate authorities to secure approval for Transfer of Ownership Title/Allocation in the buyer's company name at the seller's expense.
POP Documents:� Seller provides a notarized and insured copy of the legalized contract along with Partial Proof of Product (POP) documents:

Freight Cost Invoice:� Buyer requests an invoice from their nominated Shipping and Logistics company for the chartered freight cost, to be equally shared between Buyer and Seller.
Freight Payment: � Seller and Buyer make the agreed payments for the chartered freight cost to ensure logistics availability and port authorization. Seller's portion of the freight cost will be deducted from the total product payment at the discharge port after final CIQ/SGS testing.

Diesel EN590 (10PPM) ULSD (Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel) is a premium diesel fuel that conforms to the European standard EN590, with an ultra-low sulfur content of only 10 parts per million (PPM). This type of diesel is known for its environmental benefits and is widely used in modern diesel engines.
EN 590 Gas Oil is a 10 ppm (parts per million) sulphur content gas oil. It has a higher cetane number than A2 Class Gas Oil (another 10ppm sulphur content class of red diesel), making it better suited to internal combustion engines in off-road vehicles. Its parameters include density at 15C (typically at this temperature it will have a density of 0.856kg/m3 with a minimum of 0.82kg/m3 required), a typical 0.1% carbon residue value (where the maximum permitted for this grade is 0.3%). The minimum flashpoint (the lowest temperature at which the fuel produces vapour that is an ignitable mixture in air near the surface of the liquid) is 56C.

Transaction Procedures :-
1) Buyer issues ICPO to authorised seller complete with passport copy and valid CPA
2) Seller issue Sale and Purchase Contract inclusive of CI to buyer within 48 hrs.� Buyer signs SPA and CI and return.
3) Buyer to issue Banker's Cheque valued at 10% of contract value and placed at the custody of Buyer's own lawyer (in Malaysia) valid for 30 days. Â
Buyer's lawyer shall provide payment guarantee undertaking
All parties sign NCNDA/IMFPA
4.) Upon confirmation the Banker's Cheque is in the custody of Buyer's Lawyer with lawyerâ??s undertaking issued to the seller, the Buyer shall receive Authorization to Verify (ATV) and  Access to Petronas Tank Terminal for Dip sampling,  Tank details to be provided. Â
Buyer shall appoint their own SGS Inspector at Buyer's own cost.
5) Â Upon Buyer's inspector securing sample, Buyer's lawyer shall hand over the 10% Banker's Cheque to the seller within the same working day.
Seller shall provide proof of Authorisation to Sell and Collect (ATSC) for the cargo.
6) Petronas Port agent will issue schedule to load transfer vessel at terminal and vessel will notify NOR for arrival to STS point
(OPL or IPL @ buyers arrangement. Note buyer to arrange nearest STS to Petronas pengerang terminal)
Buyer makes payment balance 90% by inmediate TT/bank transfer/Bank Draft. Vessel arrive at STS and couple up pipes and inject.
7) Upon receiving final payment cleared into the sellers bank, Buyer receives full shipping documents as issued by Petronas.
8) Seller release commissions  to all mandates
9) Both parties proceed for further weekly  transaction
