Chloramphenicol elisa test kit

1. Principle
This test kit is based on the competitive enzyme immunoassay for the detection of chloramphenicol in the tissue (chicken, pork), honey, milk, fish, shrimp and egg. The coupling antigen is pre-coated on the micro-well stripes. The chloramphenicol in the testing sample competes with the coupling antigen pre-coated on the micro-well stripes for the antibody against chloramphenicol. After the addition of the enzyme conjugate, the tmb substrate is added for coloration. The optical density (od) value of the testing sample has a negative correlation with the content of chloramphenicol in it. This value is compared to the standard curve and the content of the corresponding chloramphenicol is subsequently obtained.

The chemical name of the biological buffer HEPES product is: 4-hydroxyethylpiperazine ethanesulfonic acid, a white crystalline powder. It is a weak acid and a zwitterionic buffer in organic chemicals. The decomposition ability of the substance can increase with the increase of temperature, and decrease with the decrease of temperature. However, compared with other buffers, its decomposition constant does not change much with temperature. This makes HEPES buffers more effective at low temperatures. A buffer to keep the structure and function of the enzyme well. It is widely used in many fields such as clinical laboratory diagnostic reagents, life science research, pharmacy and biotechnology.
1) The research of biological buffer HEPES on promoting the stability of foot-and-mouth disease antigen.
Foot-and-mouth disease antigen is easily degraded during storage and vaccine preparation, which affects the vaccine effect. The degradation rate of the foot-and-mouth disease antigen is related to the stability of the pH value of the maintenance solution. The preparation of a maintenance solution with strong pH stability can improve the quality of the foot-and-mouth disease vaccine.
2) Preparation of a skin care product containing a biological buffer, which contains a microbial fermentation product extract, which is characterized in that it also contains a biological buffer with a mass percentage of 0.1%-3.0%. Advantages: The pH value of the product has a small drift range. Within three years after the preparation of the skin care product, the pH value can be stabilized at 6.0-8.0, which has a good protection for the microbial fermentation product extract added therein, and the microbial fermentation product extract is not Easily hydrolyzed, the anti-aging effect of the product lasts for a long time.
3) Prepare a neuron-specific enolase content detection kit, which belongs to the field of human neuron-specific enolase content detection.
This detection kit has high sensitivity and a wide detection linear range, and has the advantages of simple operation, rapidity, strong specificity, good stability and high sensitivity.
In addition to HEPES, the biological buffers produced by Desheng include Tris, Bicine, Caps, Mops, Taps, EPPS, etc.; they are mainly used in biochemical diagnostic kits, DNA/RNA extraction kits and PCR diagnostic kits. Customers in need can provide samples.

(Factview) Dengue Ns1 Antigen

$0.54
MOQ: Not Specified
Supplier From Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India
 Inquire Now
The FactView Dengue NS1 Antigen test is a diagnostic assay used for the rapid detection of the non-structural protein 1 (NS1) antigen produced by the dengue virus. Here's more information about this type of diagnostic test:

Purpose: The test is used for the early detection of dengue virus infection. Dengue is a mosquito-borne viral infection caused by four closely related viruses (DENV-1, DENV-2, DENV-3, and DENV-4) transmitted by Aedes mosquitoes.
Principle: The FactView Dengue NS1 Antigen test is an immunochromatographic assay that detects the presence of the NS1 protein in a patient's blood sample. NS1 is a viral protein produced during acute dengue infection and can be detected in the bloodstream during the early stages of the disease.
Components: The test typically includes test cassettes, sample droppers, buffer solutions, and desiccants. The test cassettes contain pre-coated membranes with specific antibodies for capturing the NS1 antigen.
Procedure: The test procedure involves collecting a small amount of blood from the patient (usually obtained via finger prick) and applying it to the sample well of the test cassette. Buffer solution is then added, allowing the blood sample to migrate along the test strip. Results are typically visible within 15-20 minutes.
Interpretation: The appearance of colored lines on the test strip indicates the presence or absence of the NS1 antigen. A visible line in the control region indicates that the test is valid. Additional lines in the test region(s) indicate positive results for NS1 antigen.
Sensitivity and Specificity: The FactView Dengue NS1 Antigen test demonstrates high sensitivity and specificity for detecting dengue virus infection during the early stages of illness. However, like all diagnostic tests, false-positive and false-negative results are possible and should be interpreted in conjunction with clinical findings.
Utility: Rapid diagnostic tests like the FactView Dengue NS1 Antigen test provide a quick and convenient method for diagnosing dengue virus infection in resource-limited settings, where access to laboratory facilities and molecular testing may be limited.
Limitations: While rapid diagnostic tests are valuable tools for dengue diagnosis, they have limitations compared to more sensitive methods such as nucleic acid amplification tests (NAATs) or virus isolation. Factors such as test storage conditions, operator technique, and the stage of infection can influence test performance.
