refinery.
We hereby express our firm intention
proceed to a processing agreement (draft attached) with refineries in the amount of 3-4 million barrels per month, for a period of at least 18 months in a row.
The oil we plan to refine will have an average API of 30-31 and a sulfur content will not exceed 1/5% by volume.
The income from such a processing agreement can be sold to any energy company market.
