Technical description: the luminaire consists of a body, led mod¬ule and flange with protective glass. Body and flange are castings from grey cast iron.Steel pendant with eye 18 mm is fixed to the up¬per part. On the sides of body are two cable glands for cable 17-19 mm (using the sealing rings 451.2717) and for cables 21 to 23 mm (using the sealing rings 451.2718). In the body is mounted led module consisting of a plate mounted leds cree xt-e type connected with cooling unit. Wattage lamps can be regulated (25 w / 12.5 w) by changing the output current (700 ma / 350 ma) for power supply. Flange with glass cover is framed and bolted to the body with six screws m8. The contact surface between the flange and the body of the fixture is a cylindrical joint of conclusion „d“. Protective hardened glass is resistant against mech. Shock min. 7 j and is fixed in the flange, the connection is filled with a polyurethan putty. A steel hinge is fixed to the flange as the mobile one and enables to hang up the flange during mounting or dismounting. Luminaire is treated with polyester powder coated, steel components are galvanized and chromated. Maximum section of connecting conduc¬tors is 4 mm2. The luminaire is designed as through-phase operation (five-core cable), when used as end with one cable gland blanking element. Packing carton is filled with polyurethane foam instapak.
