Polyester roller sleeve can resist temp of 180â?? .As low temp consumables in aluminium extrusion industry ,polyester roller sleeve is mainly used for storag area and saw stage .

When the profile reaches the storage area after the cooling table ,the temp is lowered to less than 50â??,which is completely within temp range of polyester roller sleeve

The highest temperature Nomex belt can resist is 250.

Polyester endless belt are made of polyester fiber and can resist temperature of 180â??. Polyester endless belts are mainly used for second-stage cooling table.

PBO fiber is the kind of material that can resist high temperature up to 600.The needle-punched pad that combines PBO and Kevlar layer is the ideal product to use for first-stage cooling table.

They can be produced for every dimensions aluminium profiles. Besides, they can be produced 100% aramid by sewing what sizes wanted and they are used as thermic oven profiles. These felts temperature resistant is 250 â??.As the highest temperature Nomex fiber can resist is two hundred and fifty degrees , it is all right using in the environment of two hundred degrees in the aging oven.

Kevlar roller is produced with Kevlar fiber, which can resist temperature of 480-500.
The temp of the profile will lower down to 480 when it is transferred about 10 meters to the run-out table and at this stage the best material is the kevlar roller sleeve.

Nomex roller sleeve can resist temp up to 280 ,and mainly used in the storage area of heavy duty extruders (more than 3500T)

The profile from a heavy duty extruder is comparable thicker ,and the temp is likely still over 180 after the second stage cooling table

Kevlar belts are mainly used in pick-up and the first-stage cooling table.
In the pick-up area , the abrasion is much bigger as the transfer speed is higher ,wheraeas it requires higher temp ,resistance and stength.Our Kevlar belt is very good in temperature resistance (500) and anti-abrasion.
