Hot-dip galvanized ground rods adopt high-quality q235 low-carbon steel, by cold drawn procedure to enhance its tensile strength, the outer surface of which is plated with 99.9% pure zinc. Zinc thickness is 3.5-4mil which can be selected by customers. The zinc layer is solid with strong anticorrosive feature and high electrical conductivity performance. Zinc layer does not crack, not peel or split when bent to straight angle. We ensure the hot-dip galvanized ground rods are made in strict compliance with the international standard. Products can also be customized according to customers' requirement about diameter, zinc thickness, and length.
Copper-bonded ground rods have been accredited UL certificate. Before shipment, our products have gone through many strict inspections to ensure the quality conforms to international standard. Our copper plated ground rods adopt standard quality Q235 low-carbon steel and 99.9% pure copper as the materials, after a complex cold-drawn procedure of the steel, the electrolytic copper is uniformly plated on the steel core. What makes our products more recognized is the thickness of the copper layer, which includes two types of 5mil and 10mil thickness and can also be customized according to customersí» requirements. we ensure our ground rods with excellent mechanical and electric conductivity performance and strong anticorrosive performance, In this way the finished ground rods will not crack ,peel or split when bent to straight angle .
