We sign the contract and agree with the seller when AGL or similar trucks can arrive. 2. Trucks arrive, loaded, sealed and put under security at the sellerâ??s warehouse. 3. All due diligence with export documents and inspection is in process at the seller's warehouse. 4. 100% payment after inspection and against customs cleared material. 5. Seller receive the payment, after that transfer the ownership and release the trucks. 6. Buyer move material to the destination. During all the process (7-8 days) material will stay at the seller warehouse sealed and secured by AGL or Similar.
