DOPAG material pressure regulators are used to reduce the feed pressure down to the required operating pressure. As well as accurately regulating material pressure, these valves will also compensate for pulsations that occur as a result of the reciprocating action of piston pumps. Pulsations cause a brief decrease in pressure that could lead to a slight reduction in the flow of material. These regulators can be used on materials with viscosities from 5,000 to 500,000 MPa s. DOPAG material pressure regulators are manufactured with two different types of construction:
1. MPR with piston
-> This type of material pressure regulator is especially suitable for the processing of self-lubricating materials such as greases and oils as well as single and plural component silicones. The sealing of the spring space takes place via a slide ring seal.
2. MPR with membrane
-> This type of material pressure regulator is most suitable for use with reactive, moisture sensitive and because the ball and seat are manufactured from tungsten carbide, also abrasive media, such as epoxy resins, polyurethanes, and many other materials. The sealing of the spring space takes place via the membrane.
When you cooking with a half canister or in a cold weather, you all found that the boiling time will takes longer then before,and the pressure has dropped in the fuel canister; so when the pressure drops in cooler temperatures, the stoves output will declines naturally. Therefore we develop this pressure regulator stove to keep the out put, if with pressure regulator design, it can performance very well on 25--15.The feature of this pressure regulator stove is it can keep constant output in low temperature, but most important is save fuel.
Weight only 90g even with pressure regulator design, compact design which makes this stove is a essential backpacking stove for for minimalist adventures, backpacking, hiking, trekking, camping, and survival use.
Gas top design makes this stove operate very easy, as long as you mounted the stove to the canister directly when itâ??ll be work.
Burner head with sunken design offers very good wind-resistant function, burner top with irregular shape hole provides very high firepower and makes you cooking fast.
The support legs can be folded into very small size,but when open it, it can work with large pot and bear huge weight, so itâ??s not only a solo camping stove but also good for group use.
Stove folds up compactly,can fits inside a solo pot with a 230g isobutane canister, good choice for outdoor survival kit.
All our pellet stoves are with automatic control, it shows the part running situation. The feeding speed of pellet, blower and exhaust fan can be adjusted to apply different kind of pellet, make sure the stove going well. It is also with temperature control, timing function.
FINEST POWER COATING
The outside surface can be power coating or paint. Color can be customized. We use high quality heat resistant powder coating, promise the best appearance on the stove.
COKE CRUSHER
The coke crusher below the feed bowl can fully crush the coke. Even heavily coked straw pellet can be crushed. This mechanical construction is very reliable to handle different pellet fuels. Promise the fuel burning good even with bad quality pellet fuels.
Air Cleaning system
The stoves have air cleaning system, air go through chamber from bottom to top for air circulation to keep the dust away from the glass and make it easy to clean.
1. Forced Vantilation, keep the fire burning all the time and heat comes out continuously.
2. Automatic ignition. Elctric power, 3-5 minutes for pellet ignition.
3. Pellet stove with water supply. Can be connect with radiator and shower.
4. Timing function. The stoves can be set automatic on/off, weekly timing.
5. Temperature sensor in the stove, room temperature and stove.
6. temperature is showed on screen. Setting the temperature and the stove will run automaticly to keep constant temperature.
7. When the stove short of feeding, get too high or too low temperature, stove will make alarm to remind.
