Working principle
Double deck dewatering screen adopts dual-motor self-synchronization technology.The motors coordinate with universal eccentric and adjustable amplitude vibrator.When the two motors start to work, the vibrators move reversely at the same time.The centrifugal force is generated by the eccentric blocks superpose themselves and form a single direction vibration. The high frequency vibration drives the screen move back and forth in line repeatedly. So the sand will be dehydrated and filtered.

Working principle
This special new vibrating screen design is based on our (three layers circle vibrating screen, it is installed a steel base under vibrating screen body with high pressure wheels for moving and column with hole for fixing on cement-based when working. Top feature is that it can be convenient to be moved in certain range of working site, save the project budget. This sand screening machine is best choice for separating the gravel and also suitable for mining, construction material, transportation, etc.

The SKF-15 handheld plate beveling machine is the special machine for chamfering and grooving before welding. Cementing Plug Conventional Type
A rubber cementing plug used to separate the cement slurry from other fluids, reducing contamination and maintaining predictable slurry performance. Two types of cementing plugs are typically used on a cementing operation. The bottom plug is launched ahead of the cement slurry to minimize contamination by fluids inside the casing prior to cementing. A diaphragm in the plug body ruptures to allow the cement slurry to pass through after the plug reaches the landing collar. The top plug has a solid body that provides positive indication of contact with the landing collar and bottom plug through an increase in pump pressure.

Cementing plugs are manufactured of graded rubber that is fused upon a composite or Aluminum core.
These plugs are completely PDC drillable.
Operating range of temperature with Aluminum core is up to 200 degree Fahrenheit.
Plug can be ordered for higher operating temperature and operation in either synthetic or mud fluids.
