Semi Coke, also called gas coke, lam coke, is made from high quality anthracite coal, under a high temperature(1300â??) process. They are widely used for calcium carbide, ferro alloys manufacture or non-ferrous metals smelting, manufacture or other related metallurgical industries, because of its special physical and chemical characteristics: high fixed carbon content, low sulfur and low phosphorus for content.

Metallurgical coke is a general term for blast furnace coke, foundry coke, ferroalloy coke and non-ferrous metal smelting coke. Metallurgical cock and foundry coke are made from a mixing of several kinds of coal, under a high temperature (1300C) process.
