HEDP is an organophosphoric acid corrosion inhibitor. It can chelate with Fe, Cu, and Zn ions to form stable chelating compounds.It can dissolve the oxidized materials on these metalsí» surfaces. HEDP shows excellent scale and corrosion inhibition effects under temperature 250íµ. HEDP has good chemical stability under high pH value, hard to be hydrolyzed, and hard to be decomposed under ordinary light and heat conditions. Its acid/alkali and chlorine oxidation tolerance are better than that of other organophosphoric acids (salt). HEDP can react with metal ions in water system to form hexa-element chelating complex, with calcium ion in particular. Therefore, HEDPhas good antiscale and visible threshold effects. When built together with other water treatment chemicals, it shows good synergistic effects.
The solid state of HEDP is crystal powder, suitable for usage in winter and freezing districts. Because of its high purity, it can be used as cleaning agent in electronic fields and as additives in daily chemicals.

1. Main Function
Gravity Cylinder is designed for thickening of fibrous in pulp and paper industry, i.e. chemical pulp, ground wood, waste paper, rag pulp etc.
2. Working Principle and performance
Gravity Cylinder Thickener, provided with a pick-up roll, is used particularly for continuous thickening under stable input conditions. The machine capacity depends on the sort and mainly on the dewatering speed or refining rate of fibrous stock and its input consistency. This machine provides capacities ranging from 10 to 122 t/d. A dewatering drum, covered with a coagulating screen, is permanetly rinsed with washing water from shower tubs with flat-shaped jets. The input consistency is approx 0.5-1.0%, the output consistency is approx 4-6%.

The drum pulper system consists of a rotating steel drum aseembly. One end of the drum is a high-consistency zone where chemical impregnation and defiberizing are done. Reject material is separated from the fibers in the adjoining screening zone, and then discharged from the other of the drum when the recycled furnish is wetted and then repeatedlly dropped on hard surface. Gentle but effective shearing forces are created which fiberize the paper without disintegrating the contaminants.
2. Performance

Disc Thickener is maninly used for the low consistency stock thickening. The water log installation height is not needed. It can replace traditional gravity cylinder thickener. In the same floor space, the throughout of the gravity disc thickener is serval times more than that of the gravity cylinder thickener, so a lot of space and power can be saved.
2. Performance and Working Principle
The pulp at consistency of 0.8-1.2% enters the vat and attached the disc sector, filtrate is guided by hollow shaft and discharged out at two end. Stock attached on sector is knocked off by high-pressure shower. The thickened stock at consistency of 3-4% flow over the plate of adjusting valve and into discharge chamber where it is out feed. The rotation speed of main shaft can be adjusted for required outlet consistency and capacity.
