Grinding balls for steel grinding machines (hereinafter referred to as grinding steel balls) are a kind of medium used in the ball grinding mill to grind the materials therein. With an annual capacity of 500,000 tons, the grinding steel ball is mainly used in mines, with products exported to Southeast Asia, Australia, Africa, North America, Central and South America and other countries and regions. - High precision control of product quality
- Base metal production lines of the wear-resisting material adopt a full set of short-stress rolling mill produced by Danieli Group, Italy. The base metal is made through continual rolling to realize high precision control of product quality.
- Hot rolled steel balls are made from round steel produced by steel mills through hot rolling and with whole process automation control. The ball is uniform in hardness, with the heart having high hardness, being low in broken rate, and high in impact value.

5, The four motors automatically realize various positions. The motors are selected from internationally renowned brand Timotion, which are safe and noiseless.
6, Two control methods, operation handle control and guardrail built-in button operation, control handle is clear and easy to operate; built-in buttons on the side rail near headboard, graphic display, clear at a glance. The key has lock function, which reduces the probability of misoperation and locks safely.
7, Side rail:
1),Two side rail in each side of bed.
2),It can be automatically locked when raising, and each guardrail can bear more than 50KG.
3), Guardrail safety switch design, placed under the guardrail to avoid misuse of the patient;
4), Equipped with gas spring for easy operation.
5), The steel structure of the guardrail base is welded on the bed to ensure safety.
6), The 4-pieces guardrail has angle indicator that allows the caregiver to quickly and easily adjust the backrest angle and TR/ATR angle of the bed.
7),It equipped with guardrail built-in button to make it easier for the patient to operate the bed.
8, Casters
1), The four casters use 125mm center control one.
2), Steel structure, precision ball bearings are placed in the rotating head and the caster, the caster frame is equipped with a wheel cover made of synthetic material, suitable for locking the lever with a cam hole. Caster surface material: polyurethan, passed EN 12531 standard, single dynamic (force) load is not more than 175 kg, static load is not more than 200 kg
3),Braking system: Pedal-type synchronous braking arms on both sides of the bed, adopting all-metal structure, compact structure and reliable braking.
9, Shank board can be adjusted manually by simple steel support for convenience position.
10, At the 4 corners of the bed, there is an diameter HDPE anti-collision wheel which intergated on H/F board.
11, There are 1 hook in each side for drainage bag.
12, It equipped with manual CPR for emergency treatment.
