There are some features of our shelves:
Material: we use 6005 and 6063A aluminum alloy, which could give a high hardness: 6005 above HW14, and 6063A above HW12. This could give the whole shelves a better firmness and weight load. While the aluminum has a good Corrosion resistance.
Anodizing: we anodizing some parts of the shelves: legs, sideboard, endboards to make it have a better Corrosion resistance. Other parts could also be anodized as per you choice.
Load weight: the shelves could load at least 150kgs/M2

The top aluminum sheet is coated with either polyester or PVDF paint. The core is either normal polyethylene based or a fr (fire-resistant) core which is specially treated for fire resistance. The bottom aluminum sheet comes in either mill finish or if customers require we can provide a thin layer of polyester paint coat with (6~8um) backside paint
Cool goal panel is composed of a polyethylene (pe) core between two aluminum sheets, and coated with polyester resin or extra-durable PVDF (fluorocarbon) resin as a composite structure with excellent character such as fire proof, water proof, heat-insulated, sound-insulated and resistance against corrosion, pollution and wear.
