Our Company deals with the production of the following laminated glass series: common laminated glass, tempered laminated glass, hot-bent laminated glass, antisolar laminated glass, SGP laminated glass, colored laminated glass, silvered mirror laminated glass, patterned laminated glass, decorative painting embedded laminated glass, Coated laminated glass(LOW-E), self-cleaning laminated glass, sound control laminated glass, fire-proof laminated glass, security laminated glass, armored laminated glass, privacy laminated glass and electromagnetic shielding laminated glass, etc.
Laminated glass is a composite glass product composed of two or more pieces of glass which are bonded firmly with transparent adhesive. Laminated glass is characterized by excellent shock resistance and penetration resistance. Generally speaking, when it is shocked and broken, it will not be penetrated by the external impactors, and the splinters will not fly away from the interlayer, and thus it can provide security. The commonly used interlayer films of laminated glass include PVB, SGP, EVA and PU.
Patterned glass is a kind of decorative translucent glass with embossed patterns on one or both surfaces. Pattern Glass or Decorative Glass or Rolled Glass is generally used where privacy or obscurity is desired but light transmission is still important. With the special property of decoration, patterned glass can allow light to pass through, at the same time, it can also prevent clear view. Usually it transmits only slightly less light than clear glass.
Tempered glass is manufactured through heating common glass uniformly to the softening point and then quenching it, causing a strong permanent internal stress in the glass, of which the internal tensile stress and external compressive stress should be in a stable tress equilibrium in order to intensify the operational strength and load carrying capacity of the glass and enhance its wind pressure resistance, weatherability and shock resistance. With high strength and thermal stability, tempered glass can be widely applied to the places with special requirements on mechanical strength and security, such as glass curtain walls, balcony doors and windows, high-grade shopwindows, shower rooms, household supplies, balustrade glass of escalators, glass partitions, the places where there are a dense crowd or humans are apt to contact with glass and vulnerable to physical injury (such as stadiums) or the places where are vulnerable to body shocks, such as doors and windows, curtain walls, automobiles, trains and ships and the places where are susceptible to the changes in temperature.

U glass for external applications is 262mm wide, has 41mm deep wings and is 6mm thick depth, and can of course also be used internally. The joints of U glass walling are silicone pointed with a minimum joint width of 3mm. The U glass has a frosted appearance and the textured surface is on the outside face. The surface makes the glass opaque, but is a very fine finish and does not create issues with cleaning or maintenance. The opaque nature of the product does not reduce the daylight transmission. U glass can be extruded with stainless steel wires which creates a pinstripe effect. The wired style is highly aesthetically pleasing. Not only is this an attractive feature, the wires also enhance the U glasss safety performance. If the glass is impacted to breaking point, the wires will reduce the size of glass shards and will also assist in holding part of the glass blade in place.
Production Capacity: Maximum specification: 3700mm2440mm Minimum specification: 245mm180mm Width of aluminum frame: 6mm, 8mm, 9 mm, 12 mm, 15mm and 20mm Thickness: 46A4-1920A19 Orders out of these specifications are negotiable.
Switchable Glass is a laminated glass product consisting of a Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal Film (PDLC) sandwiched between two layers of glass and two layers of conductive intermediate layers. The PDLC film is what allows you to change the visual appearance of opaque to clear glass in the command (or attenuate at any intermediate point).

A glass substrate, which may be float glass, tempered glass, antisolar glass, solar control glass, coated glass (LOW-E) patterned glass or self-cleaning glass, and a variety of colored adhesive interlayer film (PVB) compose of beautiful and multifunction flat or bent laminated glass. With the properties of excellent light control, heat insulation, acoustic insulation, noise reduction, ballistic protection, burglar prevention and resistance to static pressure, our products can be widely applied to curtain walls, balusters, doors, windows, shower bathrooms, awnings, daylighting roofs, staircases, counters, interior decoration, hotels, banks, airports, furniture, military facilities and other industries and fields.
Tinted glass is also produced by the float process with small quantities of metal oxides added to the normal clear composition to create the desired colour. TINTED FLOAT GLASS is a range of uncoated body-tinted glasses, with low light reflection and high energy absorption. The glass come in different colours: Blue, Ford Blue, Ocean Blue, F-Green, Dark Green, Euro Bronze, Golden Bronze, Euro Grey, Dark Grey, Pink. Tinted float glass has excellent solar control properties. The transmittance of visible and infrared light is adjusted. Meanwhile, those rich and pure colors may meet the requriment by various building styles . They also can be used with Low-E,self-cleaning glass. The products are particularly suitable for applications that demand solar control without the use of surface coating, for residential or commercial applications. To achieve thermal insulation, the products have to be combined with a low-emissivity glass in an insulating glass unit Standard and stocked in 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15

low-iron glass is the clearest glass on the market today. Low-iron glass is produced through a special process in which the iron particles are removed from the glass. The iron particles are what give regular glass a greenish tint. Removing these particles results in an ultra-clear glass for a premium upgrade to standard glass. The nearly invisible nature of low-iron glass results in these characteristics: Reduced greenish tint Increased light transmission Nearly colorless appearance* Exceptional clarity

Tinted Glass is produced by the float process with the addition of small quantities of metal oxides to color the normal clear glass mix. This coloration is achieved through adding metal oxides at the smelting stage. Addition of color does not affect the basic properties of the glass, even though visible light reflectance will be slightly higher than clear glass.
Insulating glass is a kind of glass product with a drying air space. It is composed of two or more pieces of glass as effective support and partition and uses a seal around the edges. The glass is partitioned with hollow aluminum alloy bulkhead filled with desiccant or compound seal string, and the cavity layer is filled with dry air or inert gas. The bulkhead and glass are sealed with butyl adhesive before the treatment with polysulfide sealant or structural sealant. Insulating glass can be categorized into two-layer and multilayer insulating glass according to the number of cavities. The former is composed of two pieces of plate glass and one cavity, and the latter is composed of more than two pieces of glass and two or more cavities. The more the number of cavities, the better the thermal and acoustic insulation will be. The two-layer and three-layer insulating glass with two cavities are most widely used.

With excellent performance in earthquake resistance, shock resistance, penetration resistance, wind pressure resistance and strong PVB adhesion, laminated glass will not result in bodily injury from splashing splinters when it is struck and broken due to external force; it can withstand the attack of burglar's tools, such as hammer and brick. It can improve the penetration resistance by increasing the thickness of the PVB film.
