HIGINSON company plans to develop a new plunger hydraulic cylinder, which needs to purchase the supporting hydraulic directional control valves. Helen, who had just joined the company, stumbled when purchasing the hydraulic directional control valves. Helen has no hydraulic valve supplier and can only purchase from the original hydraulic valve manufacturer of the company. Half a month later, the engineer and technician of the company installed the hydraulic directional control valves purchased by Helen for commissioning, and the plunger hydraulic cylinder dropped intermittently with vibration and noise. The technician pointed out that the hydraulic directional control valves needed to be replaced. Helen contacted the original manufacturer of hydraulic directional control valve. Per the manufacturer, the delivered hydraulic directional control valves met the requirements of Helen's parameters, and the accuracy also fully met the standard. As a novice, Helen was helpless, and the technician did not specifically say why to replace the hydraulic direction control valves. She tried to contact the new hydraulic directional control valve manufacturer to solve the problem. Helen left a message on AAK website: why is the plunger hydraulic cylinder equipped with hydraulic directional control valve noisy? At this moment, we can't tell the reason. After communicating with Helen, I learned the process of purchasing this hydraulic directional control valve and the judgment of technician in their company. AAK engineers are not 100% sure that where the problem is according to the hydraulic directional control valve drawings sent by Helen, the shipment sample of the original manufacturer and the video of their technician's machine test. We are thinking if Helen, as a novice, has mistaken the type of hydraulic directional control valve? The hydraulic directional control valves can be divided into internal leakage type and external leakage type. Combined with the working conditions, this plunger hydraulic cylinder just reverses the oil outlet chamber, and the back pressure is high. If the internal leakage hydraulic directional control valve is used, there will be abnormal phenomena such as vibration or noise. We told Helen our thinking. She really did not note to the original manufacturer that the hydraulic directional control valve is internal leakage or external leakage. I told her that AAK has ready-made samples of the external leakage hydraulic directional control valve. It is recommended to test the machine with AAK hydraulic directional control valve to see if there is still vibration or abnormal noise. A week later, Helen sent an email saying that AAK hydraulic directional control valve was installed and there was no abnormality in the test run.
Patrick and I know each other at the PTC exhibition in Shanghai. He has worked in HAENCHEN hydraulic equipment company in Germany for a long time. The first thing he said when he saw me was that â??I was attracted by the slogan "Hydraulic valve manufacturer of the world's top 500 companies" on your AAK boothâ??. We talked about the hydraulic threaded cartridge valves for more than half an hour, especially introduced the difference of AAK hydraulic threaded cartridge valves on the specific details. He was surprised that the details of AAK had caught up with his local hydraulic valve manufacturers in Germany. Shortly after the exhibition, Patrick emailed us a hydraulic threaded cartridge valve with high parameter requirements. In particular, the durability of the hydraulic threaded cartridge valve should be more than 2 million times. All quality details should be compared with their local suppliers in Germany. The drawings attached to the email indicate the detailed data and working condition requirements. AAK is required to send 12 hydraulic threaded cartridge valve samples within 4 weeks. After analysis and comparison, AAK engineers found that this hydraulic threaded cartridge valve is not only durable for more than 2 million times, but also has high accuracy requirements. In particular, the internal leakage requirement of hydraulic threaded cartridge valve is 2drops / min, which is 60% higher than the international general standard. Although the requirements are high, we are still confident. 4 weeks later, AAK sent 12 hydraulic threaded cartridge valve samples. A month after the hydraulic threaded cartridge valve samples were sent, Patrick emailed that AAK did make him realize that it was different from other hydraulic valve manufacturers. At that time, he emailed to 4 Chinese hydraulic threaded cartridge valve manufacturers and a local manufacturer in Germany. Two of the 4 Chinese hydraulic valve manufacturers gave up directly. Only AAK and another hydraulic thread cartridge valve manufacturer confirmed to make samples. They tested and compared the sample parameters of the three factories. AAK's accuracy and durability are not only much higher than those of its Chinese counterparts, but also benchmarked with their local manufacturer in Germany. Although the quotation of AAK hydraulic threaded cartridge valve is much higher than that of its Chinese counterparts, it still has advantages over the hydraulic threaded cartridge valve purchased locally in Germany. Purchasing from AAK is the best embodiment of cost performance. AAK hydraulic threaded cartridge valve has three absolute advantages and has already surpassed its domestic counterparts. 1. AAK has a high-precision CNC machining center imported from Switzerland and various independent fixtures upgraded and refitted by itself, which eliminates human errors and ensures the first step of accuracy.
Hudson is an old purchaser of LARZEP company in Spain. He cooperates with us on are some non-standard hydraulic sequence valves, and often discuss some difficult and miscellaneous problems of hydraulic sequence valves with us. In the second half of last year, their company developed a machine tool hydraulic system, which uses the hydraulic sequence valves to implement the device of positioning first and then clamping. In order to save development time, Hudson purchased directly from Spanish hydraulic sequence valve manufacturers. According to the hydraulic sequence valve drawings provided by Hudson, the factory delivered 20 hydraulic sequence valve samples in 30 days. After the test run, it was found that the positioning clamping device reacted slowly after the machine tool was started. Check the oil circuit and components of the whole hydraulic system one by one, and there is no abnormality. Their engineers speculated that there was a problem with the hydraulic sequence valves. Hudson contacted the original factory. The manufacturer fed back that the samples of hydraulic sequence valves were completely produced according to the drawings provided by LARZEP company, and the dimensional accuracy met the requirements. Their engineers tested the hydraulic sequence valves separately and there was no abnormality. Hudson's team explored for 2 days and determined that there was a problem with the design of the hydraulic sequence valves. Hudson contacted AAK because the hydraulic sequence valve problems encountered several times before were solved by AAK. According to his fault description, drawings of hydraulic sequence valve, working parameters of hydraulic system of machine tool and video of test run, AAK engineer did find the problem in the design of hydraulic sequence valve. AAK engineer's suggestion is to change the design mode of the hydraulic sequence valve to maintain a minimum "pilot pressure" in the starting circuit and "fully open" when it is higher than the set pressure. This feature can effectively reduce the throttling loss of the system under the working pressure and make the clamping and positioning system of the machine tool sensitive. Hudson team had to stop the machine test and let AAK immediately test the sample according to AAK design recommendations. After 30 days, AAK sent 20 hydraulic sequence valve samples and provided our working schematic diagram. Hudson team installed and commissioned the machine tool after receiving it, and the machine tool was continuously tested for 48H. The reaction of the positioning and clamping device of the machine tool has always been normal. Hudson emailed us that AAK newly designed hydraulic sequence valve was more reliable than their native Spanish ones, and their engineers were surprised by AAK design ability. Thanks to the help of AAK, they succeeded in the test run.
AAK, as a manufacturer of producing hydraulic valves, has been doing ODM hydraulic valves for 10 years for 3 of the world's top 500 in the industry. In the years of labeling these big brand hydraulic valves, the overall quality of the factory has improved significantly. The operation of each workshop is standardized, the quality control process of hydraulic valves is strict, and the self-implementation is more strict than the ISO certification system, being meticulous in making hydraulic valves. All of these are valuable assets for big brand ODMs. In cooperation with these big brand hydraulic valves, AAK has formed a strict process flow, because of them, there is the growth of AAK hydraulic valves. The strength of the factory has improved, and it is natural for the market to respond. I still remember that 10 years ago, I participated in the Ningbo hydraulic valve industry seminar. An old engineer said at the meeting: "It is easier for factories to succeed in making more difficult hydraulic valves". This seems to be in line with our traditional experience: No cross, no crown. That sounds right, but it's not true. Because there is also a contrary saying called "follow the trend". If a hydraulic valve manufacturer does the right thing, it is not only easy to succeed, but also not difficult. The experience of AAK hydraulic valves over the years is the same. If some styles of hydraulic valves are easy to do, you do not feel particularly difficult and can get help everywhere, they are more hopefully to be successful. I think that if you put the difficulty and success of the hydraulic valves together, and want to find the causal relationship between them, this idea itself has a problem. If you put the difficulty of hydraulic valves and the growth together, it may be right. The success of making a hydraulic valve with appropriate difficulty is not certain, but it will lead to our growth for sure. If we make this hydraulic valve, it will be helpful to our technological growth, and AAK will do it without hesitation. Ten years ago, China's hydraulic valves were almost supplied to some domestic manufacturers of mechanical equipment, perhaps because of the simple process or the trend of hydraulic valve manufacturers. At that time, AAK hydraulic valves began to be tested by HydraForce. At that time, it was difficult to find a third manufacturer who could understand English hydraulic valve drawings in Ningbo. Five years ago, international equipment manufacturers, industrial manufacturers and hydraulic valve brands began to purchase hydraulic valves from China. AAK hydraulic valve was the first to try tomato. AAK hydraulic valve has been doing ODM hydraulic valves for 3 of the world's top 500 in the industry for 10 years. The quality control process of hydraulic valves is strict, which is more strict than the ISO certification system. It is meticulous in making hydraulic valves.
