With special texturized structure, it has good performance of high temperature resistance 650, high strength and high flexible, widely used for thermal insulation materials such as welding blanket, fire and smoke curtain, acoustic insulation materials etc. EAS offer a wide range of textured glass fiber yarn: from 136 tex to 2800 tex and diameter of the filament 6, 9,11, or 13m with various texturing effects.
Polyester synthetic forming fabric is a commonly used filter mesh in the forming section of paper machine, the forming wire can be divided into 1 layer, 1.5 layer, double layer, 2.5 layer, and triple layer forming fabric, in order to increase the work life of the polyester forming fabric, Huatao weaves the nylon monofilament with better abrasion resistance in the weft, which makes the fabrics life longer and reduces the cost.
The 1.5 layer forming fabric is actually a 5-shed single layer forming fabric that have modified to have extra yarns which provides it the same properties as that of a double layer one. 1.5 layer forming fabric is easy to clean, increase sheet release as well as retention and with the extra fabric provides an excellent drainage.
The ideal 1.5 layer forming fabric for most paperboard and packaging grades applications, especially where a smooth top surface and long life potential are desired. In addition, Clean mesh yarn technology provides maximum resistance to premature fabric contamination.
Polyester 2.5 layer forming fabric are also known as support shute double layer forming fabric or double layer extra designs. It's a standard double layer design with an extra shute yarn added on the forming side between the 2 regular cross direction yarns. This yarn increase the pulp fibre support and meanwhile create a more open structure as the amount of wear side yarns is reduced, compared with the forming side.
2.5 layer forming fabric's weaving effect greatly increases the fiber support index due to the addition of a fine weave at the top. The ratio of the top and bottom wefts is 2:1. It suitable for paperboard,newsprint,writing paper,tissue paper,printing paper,kraft paper.
The SSB 3 layer forming fabric or "wire" of a paper machine is the continuous belt or belts of mesh screen upon which the paper sheet is formed. Most modern SSB 3 layer forming fabric are comprised of polyester monofilament. The weave pattern and layering of a SSB 3 layer forming fabric is designed to meet stringent requirements of dimensional stability, resistance to abrasion (on the wire side), minimum resistance to drainage, minimum wire-mark, and (sometimes) maximization of retention of fiber fines.

The main part of the ceramic nozzle is called the spray body, and the middle part of the spray body is composed of a 45 degree slope with eight equal inlet orifices.
Loom machine uses high pressure jet water to carry the weft yarn and fly through the layers (upper and lower) to finish the weaving process. When the pump generates a flow of high pressure water, this water rushes to the nozzle which is designed with collective passage; this again adds pressure to the water; in the meantime, the weft yarn is inserted through the loom part ceramic nozzle, so together the high pressure water will carry the weft yarn and start on its trip.
A good loom ceramic nozzle must present high jet water flow and does not harm the weft, which otherwise will break the weft.
