POLYFLON PTFE is composed of polytetrafuluoroethylene, the most commonly used fluoroploymer. PTFE has a very long chain molecular structure in which all of the hydrogen atoms of polyethylene are replaced by fluorine atoms.
PTFE is superior in heat resistance and chemical resistance compared with the other plastics. These properties result from stable chemical structure consisting of only carbon and fluorine atoms with the highest electro negativity.
NEOFLON FEP NP-Series
NEOFLON FEP is melt processable perfluoro co-polymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene.
FEP has excellent electrical properties like PTFE because FEP consists of only fluorine atoms and carbon atoms. The chemical resistance capability and mechanical characteristics are the same as ones of PFA, however the heat resistance is lower than PFA.
NEOFLON ETFE EP-506 is a resin for extrusion of thin coatingsof small wire sizessuch as aerospace wire, automotive wire, appliance wire, thin film and tubing, etc.. Itmay be used for injection molding of thin wall parts.
Ethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer is a kind of chemical substance. ETFE is the strongest and toughest fluoroplastic. It not only maintains the good heat resistance, chemical resistance and electrical insulation properties of PTFE, but also greatly improves the radiation resistance and mechanical properties. The tensile strength can reach 50MPa, which is nearly twice that of polytetrafluoroethylene.

AKD high polymer emulsifier (instead of traditional cationic starch based) is a kind of cationic polymer product developed by our technical department,which is the initiative developed product in the market.It can not only emulsify AKD wax,but also proteched the AKD colloid dispersion and aid retention,it also can increase AKD sizing efficiency(2%-8%).It can get the high stability and better fixing effect AKD emulsion by mechanical stirring,in the meantime it greatly decrease AKD hygrolysis during storage and sizing process.Final AKD Emulsion shelf time is about 6 months which is longer than starch emulsified AKD emulsion.The final AKD Emulsion also has quicker curing effect.

4. Application:
