The calcined bauxite is added into the high temperature electric arc furnace which is about 2000 ~ 2200 and then process by high temperature melting, high pressure and high speed air or steam injection, cooling and then it become into Silicate Aluminum Refractory Fiber which is white as cotton.It can be pressed into fiber blanket, fiber board or woven into cloth to instead of high temperature industrial furnace lining brick of smelting, chemical , glass industry and other industry .
