5052 aluminum coils is Aluminum-magnesium alloy aluminum coils. Mg is the main alloying element in 5052 aluminum coils. It is the most widely used rust-proof aluminum. The alloy is high in nature, especially fatigue resistance, plasticity and corrosion resistance, with high strength. It can not be heat-treated, the plasticity of it is good in semi-cold hardening. It s low in plasticity during cold hardening, and good in corrosion resistance with good weldability, poor machinability and polishing. The main alloying element of 5052 aluminum sheet is magnesium, and aluminum-magnesium alloy also contains a small amount of Mn, Cr, Ni, Ti, etc. Most of the Mn in the alloy forms MnAl6 except for a small amount of solid solution. In the interior of the 5052 aluminum coils, the effect of Cr is similar to that of Mn, which improves the resistance to stress corrosion cracking, improves the strength of the base metal and weld, and reduces the tendency of weld cracking, but its content generally does not exceed 0.35%.
