Storage
NPS(SPS) is not combustible but assists combustion materials due to release of oxygen.Provided it is stored under appropriate condition.It must be stored dry in closed containers and protected from direct sunlight,heat and humidity.Impurities such as dirt,rust or traces of metal and reductants may cause catalytic decomposition.The product as supplied or in solution needs to be handled with appropriate care.The eye,skin and clothes must be protected when working with NPS(SPS) as damp powder or aqueous solution has a bleaching and slightly corroding effect.

Solid type: white powder or granules, hygroscopic, readily soluble in water. The aqueous solution may absorb CO2 and form aluminum hydroxide precipitate. Addition of NaOH is required to increase stability.
Liquid type: transparent slurry, stable during storage life. Prolonged stay of diluted aqueous solution may cause aluminum hydroxide precipitate.
Use:
In the construction process, it can be used as leaking stoppage agent combined with the sodium silicate.
In paper-making, this product can mix with aluminum sulfate to be a good filling agent.
In water treatment, it can be used as additive of purifier.

Description
Tufflex is polyurethane coated stainless steel wire rope screen with the same open area as woven wire and huge advantages over traditional screens.
The Tufflex screen is made up of two types of ropes welded together. The rope running from hook to hook is a wire rope with a thick polyurethane covering.
This rope, with the wire, allows the hooked edge screen to be tensioned like other hooked edge screens, with no modifications to machinery required.
The same maintenance procedures of checking the screen tension applies to Tufflex screens. The other rope is made up of a fine synthetic cord, also with thick polyurethane covering, and runs parallel to the hooked edge. For side-tensioned set-ups, this rope acts like rider bars for larger stones to slide down the deck, channelling smaller ones closer to the apertures. This increased stratification improves screening efficiency. With the end-tensioned screens, this rope can be used on top,
running in a cross-flow orientation, or positioned underneath the rope with the wire.
