Main size we have are 100-200g, 200-300g, 300-500g, 500-800g and 800g. at the same time we also supply Gutted and scaled tilapia, size mainly 350-550 550-750. and fillets as well, size 3-5oz and 5-7oz, if you need small ones we also have 2-3oz available but in small volumn. Cooking Methods
- Deep Fry: Simply deep fry it in 170-180â?? cooking oil for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Pan-fry: Pan-fry it for 1-2 minutes each side over medium heat after thawing out thoroughly.
- Air Fry: Air-fry the product directly at 200 for 15-18 minutes.
