1.Description Chase friction testing machine is used to evaluate the frictional characteristics of material in braking system in accordance with the SAE J661,GB 5763-2018 and GB/T 17469-2012. Chase machine is suitable for small bench test of M1, M2, N1, O1 and O2 vehicles brake linings. This machine is widely used for product formulation R&D, Quality control and Certification etc. 2.Principle A constant pressure is applied to the sample,which will be pressed against the inner surface of the friction drum which rotates at a certain speed, so a friction force will be generated along the tangent direction of the contact surface. The friction coefficient of the tested sample can be determined by measuring the pressure and friction force. During the test, the Chase friction tester controls the temperature change at any time according to the requirements. The drum outer ring is used to assist the heating tube heating and the back suction cooling, so that the temperature change at the sample is stable and the temperature measurement accuracy is higher. 3.Features (1)Loading by Pneumatic servo with high precision control. KYDBL4875-2E is an intelligent brushless DC dual-motor controller. The brushless dual-motor driver can control two brushless DC motors at the same time. It adopts 32-bit high-performance MCU and advanced movement processing algorithm to realize internal electric differential function.
