Vibration test: The battery is fixed on a vibrating table, within 15min from 7Hz ~ 200Hz ~ 7Hz to complete a logarithmic frequency sweep sinusoidal vibration, 3h within three-dimensional direction to complete 12 vibrations, no leakage, no exhaust, no disintegration, no rupture, no fire should be observed. The vibration simulation is to evaluate the risks during transportation. 6. Drop test: The battery is dropped from a falling height of 1.5m free fall on the concrete, the battery should not catch fire, nor be short circuited & no leakage should be observed; Usage of extreme safety is required while testing all batteries.
