This product is made of 7 layers structure, which is pure aluminum foil for two sides, middle layer is barrier layer. Compared with traditional bubble film and epe, this material is more light and thin and convenient to process. It has high resistance strength, and can be recycled to use.

It can be widely used in transport packaging with thermal insulation, keep warm and damp proof function. Especially for food, chemical and wine etc. it is more economic, protecting environment and reliable. We can accept the size customizing with different quantity.
Effect:
In summer, when ambient temperature is 39 degree, container inner temperature will arrive 60 degree, but liner bag temperature is just in 40-45 degree, then have 15-20 degree temperature difference.

Dry Bulk Container Liners are used around the world for a growing range of granular and powder products as a highly cost effective and time saving alternative to traditional small or intermediate packages. Dry Bulk Container Liners, form a clean, dry and protective barrier between the product and the inside of the container. After discharging, the liner is simply removed and recycled or safely disposed of leaving the container clean and ready for the next load.

Installation process:
Place the folded container liner in a clean and sound container and unfold it.
Insert bar into sleeve and place it in the channels on the floor.
Tie the rope and elastic circle securely to the hoops of container
Tie the rope from bottom of liner at the door to the hoop on the floor to avoid movement when loading.
Install all four steel bars into door channels by putting bars through hanging loops and straps.
Close the left door and inflate with air compressor to prepare to load cargoes.
