Description
YL-09 NP is naphthalene-based non-chloride set-accelerating water-reducing admixture, it significantly accelerates setting time, and reduces the quantity of mixing water necessary to produce concrete of a given consistency, while providing greater economy for a given strength. It increases strengths and significantly improves permeability, workability and finishing characteristics. It complies with GB 8076-2008, GB50119-2003 and ASTM C494, Type E.
Uses
This product is designed for the constructions requiring earlier strength for normal concrete, steel-reinforced concrete, and pre-stress concrete under normal temperature, low temperature (-5 to 30 degree C).
Widely used in pre-cast & deposit concrete, armored concrete, pre-stressed reinforced concrete and fly-ash-cement concrete. Compatible with Portland cement, normal Portland cement, Portland slag cement, fly-ash cement and Portland pozzolanic cement etc.
Suitable for self-cured concrete and its formulations. It has remarkable effects of water reduction and enhancement, especially at the early stage. The modulus and site utilization can be improved.

YL-15 is naphthalene-based non-corrosive, non-chlorine compound antifreeze admixture which compounded with water-reducing, early-strength, reducing the freezing point, preventing freezing damage etc. ingredients, powder, it has early-strength, water-reducing, air-entraining, anticorrosion etc. functions. It is mixed to the concrete according to the request, can obviously improve the configuration of the capillary pores and reduce free-water and the freezing point of the concrete effectively. And it can accelerate cement hydration and concrete hardening under the low temperature condition, enhance the early strength greatly and make the strong more and more by time, is ideal admixture for construction in winter.
Uses
YL-15 is suitable for the winter construction (in ambient temperatures ranging from -5 degree to -20 degree) of common concrete, pumping concrete, large volume concrete and ready mixed concrete.
