GW series have minimum space requirements. Their high torque transmission capacity covers a speed range from 360 to 1800 rpm depending on size and reduction and a torque power speed(N/n1) capacity from 0.38 up to 46.2 for reduction from 2 up to 6: 1. The design family has six different modesl, four reverse reduction gears and two reduction gears without reversing function-each divided into eleven size. The relative configuration of input and output shaft is eighter coaxial or offset, the latter eigher vertically, horizontally or diagonally. The modular design affords a variety of advantages including low-cost-manufacture and spare stocking.
Steel Marine Skylights for Engine Room are made in by and available with pneumatic skylights, electric skylight, hydraulic skylights and mechanical transmission skylights. They comply with CB3038-1978 standards with major IACS approvals like ABS, BV, CCS, DNV-GL, KR,LR, RINA, NK,RMRS.
Marine gears of the design type GCS and GCH are single stage reduction gears with case hardened and ground single helical spur wheels. GCS type gears are of vertical offset design. GCH gears have horizontal offset shafts. The sizes GCS/GCH 450 to 560 are equipped with antifriction bearings. The sizes GCS/GCH 600 to 1000 are equipped with plain bearings. All gears can be equipped with a power take off (PTO) for which special superposition gears have been developed.
