The Desi type Chick Peas are sound, dry, fresh and light to medium brown in color (a greenish tinge is allowed). Black is excluded as the predominating class.
Sizes 6mm - 9mm, size 6mm & splits & some mixed sizes. The Kabuli type Chick Peas are sound, dry, fresh and cream to light brown in colour. Dark brown to black colour is excluded as the predominating class.
