Cashew Kernels are graded into white / scorched wholes, splits, butts etc. Depending on the shape, size & colour of the kernel. There are various different grades of cashew kernels, but few grades are commercially available and traded. They are:
W180, is the King of Cashew They are larger in size and very expensive.
W 210, are popularly known as Jumb nuts.
W 240, it is an attractive grade which is reasonably priced.
W 320, are the most popular among cashew kernels and highest in terms of availability, worldwide.
W450, are the smallest and cheapest white whole kernels and hence the favorite among low priced whole grades.
Raw cashew is organic and naturally obtained from the tropical evergreen tree that produces the cashew nut and cashew apple. It is a widely consumed snack.
About to 90% of the Raw Cashew nut is produced in Africa, some of the top cashew-producing countries are Cote dâ??Ivoire, Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania, Benin, Guinea-Bissau, Burkina Faso, Senegal, Togo, Mali. Our network allows us to procure Raw Cashews directly from the source in Nigeria and Ghana.

When procuring RCN we ascertain the quality of the crop based on its quality measures such as its Kernel Out-Turn Ratio (KOR), Moisture content, and Nut Count. A high KOR fetches higher value, whereas a lower nut count means the crop has bigger nuts which attract a better price.
