The cabinet carcasses are made from 3/4" plywood with real wood veneers (i.e. cherry, maple, etc.) in and out;frameless or face frame style; birch or maple drawer boxes with dovetails; solid wood doors and drawer fronts in ANY profile you may desire;adjustable 3/4" plywood shelve(s) with real wood veneer; good quality concealed hinges and full extension drawer glides (or Blum if specified); tenon and mortise construction or other if specified; and finished as the client desires. Knobs and/or drawer pulls are not included.
Cabinets can either be sent flat packed (knock-down) or fully assembled.
Base cabinet and wall cabinet
1. Materials: made of particle boards, usually we use the thickness of 16mm/18mm, color of white or grey or according to your requiment.
2. Sealing materials: 0.6mm pvc or according to your request
