Step-by-Step Procedure
1.
ICPO/LOI Submission: Buyer issues a formal
ICPO or LOI detailing technical specifications,
exact volume, target price, desired Incoterm (CIF),
destination port, and delivery schedule.
2.
Supply Contract (SPA): Final review, alignment
of terms, and execution of the definitive Sales and
Purchase Agreement.
3.
Invitation Letter & GSA: Issuance of an official
invitation letter for the buyer to conduct product
inspection via GSA.
4.
SGS Inspection & Terms: Quality and quantity
inspection conducted by SGS. Under contract,
inspection fees/milestones can be structured as
30% upon inspection and 70% upon loading/
boarding

After aligning all conditions, for the start of the operation we request the directed sending of the complete ICPO with KYC (CIS) and buyer's passport.

We serve extensive contracts guaranteed by letters of credit (SBLC, DLC, LC) transferable/non-transferable and divisible/indivisible. We do not charge the buyer or pay any amount in advance outside of IMPFA, which is done exclusively by the Top50 banks involved in the bank-to-bank operation initiated by the Proof of Funds (POF) and Proof of Product (POP) verifications.

100% of the payment is also made via bank transfer at the port of shipment or with reduced options also at the destination port, upon presentation of all the respective complete documentation.

All our effort and attention are directed to serious mandates that have real buyers, for whom we offer a standard commission of US$2.50/MT which, although it can be increased by Overprice, is not recommended as it impacts the competitiveness of the sale.
