a) If the Buyer is able to answer positively, we will move on with the procedures.
b) If the Buyer is not able to answer affirmative this question then it is not worth following the negotiation.
Those information are important for us to avoid intermediaries not authorized from the Buyerâ??s side to represent him and waste of time for both sides.

PROCEDURES
1. LOI / SellerS issue SCO, V-ARMS NEGOCIOS LTDA
2. Buyer accepts SCO (yes, to be continued).
3. Buyer shall provide ICPO + Bank details (POF) + Passport Copy, signed and stamped.
4. Sellers issue the SPA (Sales Purchase Agreement). CI BUyer signs, seal and return the proforma invoice to the seller duly signed and sealed. Buyer and Seller deposits a copy of the signed contract and proforma invoice to their respective bank.

For the Initial Order: Payment Guarantee AGREEMENT: Buyer Bank issues and sends Stand by Letter of Credit (SBLC) 100% in cash by Swift MT 760 or Automatic Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit (ARDLC or DLC) 100% in cash by Swift MT 700, confirmed, unconditional, transferable, divisible, irrevocable, operative, valid for 3 months, equivalent to the total value of one shipment to be combined and the guarantee must be issued by one of the TOP 25-50 banks worldwide. The transmission of this document must follow international SWIFT MT799 standards.

1. Buyer sends targeted ICPO + passport + CIS + KYC + RWA. Without proof of the buyer's financial capacity, ICPO is not accepted.
2.The seller responds with FCO
3.The buyer sends the signed and directed FCO, + Import Authorization
4.The Seller sends the SPA (Commercial and Documents for Opening the SBLC)
5.Buyer opens SBLC in Standby (Bank to Bank One Diligence)
6.The Seller sends the POP to the buyer
7.Buyer and Seller confirm the SBLC
8.Start of operation until shipping, 30-45 days
IMPORTANT
Orders will only be fulfilled after sending and verifying the complete ICPO with the buyer passport and proof of RWA background. For orders destined for China, it is necessary to present the purchase authorization of the Chinese government informing the number of QUOTAS made available to the purchasing company. PROOF OF PERFORMANCE for legal and confidential purposes, we do not provide historical data from other buyers, such as previous shipment invoices, bills of lading, shipper invoices, SGS reports, laboratory tests, performance guarantees, proof of product (POP), contracts, etc. or any document model that violates ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) and may be plagiarized or falsified. The real proof of Product (POP) will be presented by the Seller's Bank to the Buyer's Bank, only after the buyer opens the SBLC financial instrument.
