1. LOI / SellerS issue SCO, V-ARMS NEGOCIOS LTDA
2. Buyer accepts SCO (yes, to be continued).
3. Buyer shall provide ICPO + Bank details (POF) + Passport Copy, signed and stamped.
4. Sellers issue the SPA (Sales Purchase Agreement). CI BUyer signs, seal and return the proforma invoice to the seller duly signed and sealed. Buyer and Seller deposits a copy of the signed contract and proforma invoice to their respective bank.
5. POF / POP BANK TO BANK
6. For the Initial Order: Payment Guarantee AGREEMENT: Buyer Bank issues and sends Stand by Letter of Credit (SBLC) 100% in cash by Swift MT 760 or Automatic Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit (ARDLC or DLC) 100% in cash by Swift MT 700, confirmed, unconditional, transferable, divisible, irrevocable, operative, valid for 3 months, equivalent to the total value of one shipment to be combined and the guarantee must be issued by one of the TOP 25-50 banks worldwide. The transmission of this document must follow international SWIFT MT799 standards.
