1. Introduction of waterproof membrane: Sbs modified asphalt waterproofing membrane is made from sbs (styrene butadiene styrene) thermoplastic elastomer modified asphalt as coating material, with high quality polyester felt (py), glass fiber mat (g), glass fiber reinforced polyester felt (pyg) as the fetal base, surface insulation materials as mineral slates, fine sand or pe film etc. 2.Product category: 1).According to the fetal base: polyester felt(py), glass fiber mat(g), glass fiber reinforced polyester felt (pyg). 2).According to the upper surface material: polyethylene film (pe), fine sand (s), mineral aggregate (m) . 3).According to the lower surface material :s, pe. Answer: in the use of the paving machine, do a good job in the maintenance of hydraulic system, you can greatly reduce the fault. General should pay attention to the following points: (1) hydraulic oil in hydraulic tank joined the former, should use clean containers of oil, hydraulic oil must be after oil filter filter, then add the hydraulic oil tank; the replacement cycle of the hydraulic oil as the oil quality and (1000h changed once; replacement of hydraulic oil should be in the working temperature; in order to ensure good heat dissipation of the hydraulic system, should also regularly clean hydraulic oil radiator. (2) due to the asphalt paving machine construction environment is generally relatively poor, hydraulic oil filter replacement cycle should also be shortened (generally was750h is appropriate), replacing with a new filter element, when should be checked, prohibited the use of deformed, pollution or rusty filter. (3) in the daily start of the engine work, should be idle for some time after the operation, and then to control the implementation of components, so that the use of hydraulic pump. (4) due to the long-term use, the hydraulic system parameters will change, therefore, should be regularly check the hydraulic system parameter settings, to be adjusted in time.
