The paddy layer of rice is removed off the grains during the steaming process, exposing the white grain. 1121 Steam Rice is resistant to heat and does not shatter or crack when cooled. Rice is produced using stringent quality control processes. The rice is refined and cleaned, removing any stones, insects, or weevils.
