Multi-Functional Diesel Fuel Additive
Description : PolyPower - D is a multi-functional fuel additive package formulated to overcome the operational problems of Diesel gasoline engines. It is a complete solution to solve all Diesel fuel related problems like high exhaust emissions, high fuel consumption, sludge, moisture, corrosion of fuel system etc.
Reduction in exhaust Emissions: PolyPower - D has been fortified with combustion boosters .Its surface active agents keeps entire fuel system clean & healthy and maintain fuel injection pattern to achieve maximum burning of the fuel, which reduces the exhaust emissions up-to 90%.
Increases Mileage & Saves Fuel: PolyPower D helps to achieve complete combustion of the fuel. More combustion means more power is delivered to the piston. This process ultimately leads to better performance and better mileage. It saves fuel up-to 5 v 8 %.
Increases Fuel Injector Life: PolyPower D has got organic lubricity additives to extend the life of fuel injector, valves etc.
Controls Carbon Deposits: PolyPower D contains one of the best dispersant and surface active agents to keep entire system free from the carbon deposits.
PolyPower D eliminates moisture from the fuel system to prevent corrosion and growth of micro- organisms. It has one of the most advance fuel stabilizers to prevent the fuel stratification and sludge formation. It also helps in cold engine start.
Ash less Composition : PolyPower D has been formulated form very selective ingredients which do not form any ash content on combustion. It is an environment friendly product.

Applications : PolyPower- D can be used is any type of Diesel - Powered engines like passenger cars, Power generation units, buses, heavy duty marine engines, trucks, earth movers operating on Diesel engines and other Diesel engines.
Dosage : Add to fuel tank before refilling. Use at the rate of 1 ml./ liter of diesel fuel i.e. 100 ml. for 100 liter. For initial treat use a double dosage to remove build-up. For best results regular use is recommended.
Caution : Avoid contact with skin. Flammable, keep away from source of heat. Store in cool place.
Packing : Poly Power- D is available in 500ml, 5, 20 & 50, 210 liter packings.
THERMOL 180
Semi Synthetic High Temperature grease
Description : Thermol 180 is a non-melting high temperature grease with extreme pressure additives, formulated from highly refined mineral base oil and bentonite proprietary thickener and solid lubricants.
Thermol 180 has non-melting thickener which prevent melt or run-out of grease from bearing at high temperature. Thermol 180 ensures trouble free lubrications at high temperature. It reduces friction and wear. It also extends re-lubrication periods.

Applications : Thermol 180 can be used in wide range of following high temperature industrial applications from (v) 30 C to 180 C with normal regreasing. However, it can be used upto 200 C with frequent regreasing in :-

2)Kiln car wheel bearings.
3)High temperature conveyor bearings.
4)Exhaust fan bearings.
5)Rotary kiln bearings.
6)Roll neck bearings.
7)Industrial ball and roller bearings in high temperature applications.
