PHF4F Series Diesel Engine is a four-stroke direct-injection type high-speed diesel engine whose prototype is the new generation product of domestic diesel engine of the same type jointly developed by Ricardo in Britain and Power HF Co., Ltd.. Based on the former R4105G series diesel engine, this series adopts new electronic unit pump technology and enables itself to meet the Stage III emission standard for NRMM diesel engine. Power HF makes a matching design considering the characteristics of a bulk material semi-trailer. By making corresponding changes in some components and parts of the engine, it makes this series an ideal supporting power for large- and medium power construction machines in China. It is strongly universal with large inventory commercially available, rugged and durable, having plenty of accessories. Its reliability and service life have reached the advanced level among those of the like products in China and the top overhaul period is as long as 8000 hours.
Diesel Engine is an In-line, four-stroke, water-cooling high-speed diesel engine with a swirl combustion chamber or a direct-injection combustion chamber. Diesel Engine is improved significantly and designed based on the former 495 Series diesel engine. In this way, its power, economy, reliability and service life reach the advanced level among those of like products in and it is awarded the title of quality product and passes the reliability test. This series is named as the energy-saving internal combustion engine in Diesel Engine matches, optimizes and customizes the engine and the assembly according to the assembly configuration and the actual use; it has good supporting adaptability with multiple options for flywheel, flywheel housing and alternator available.
