Vanilla beans Organically grown, sun dried (cured)at 20-25% moisture content, vanillin content about 2.5%, kiwi black in clour with no mould. 'a' grade quality is >16cm with no spots and scratches. Other grades ('b &c' is also available. Bundle in 250g bundles and packed in waxed cardboard boxes to country of destination specification.
