Microfilament spunlace nonwoven have lots of key textile advantages: soft, drapable and much lighter than traditional textiles, very strong and isotropic. Highly dense and compact fibre structure, very good barrier properties such as particle filtration, thermal insulation, wind resistance and uv protection and highly breathable with very good moisture management.
The nonwoven is combined with polyester and polyamide and only 0.09-0.15dtex of the microfiber which means 1 fiber were divided into 16 fibers. With such tiny fibers and extra large space between these fibers, this nonwoven give people ultra absorbability, light weight, environment friendly, no fiber release and good performance on dirt, dust and liquids when used.
